Position Overview
As an IT Business Analyst focused on SAP Procure to Pay implementation, you will play a critical role in
the successful deployment of SAP solutions to streamline our procurement and payment processes. You
will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, IT, and external
vendors, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure SAP modules
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where existing processes diverge from SAP best practices and
- Participate in solution design workshops, providing expertise on SAP capabilities and industry best
- Configure and customize SAP MM (Materials Management) and FI (Finance) modules to meet
- Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the
- Provide end-user training and support during the transition to new SAP processes and systems.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues as needed, and ensure
- Stay current with SAP technology advancements and industry trends to continuously improve
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant with a focus on SAP implementations,
Specifically within the procure-to-pay domain min 3 years.
Strong understanding of SAP MM and FI modules, including configuration, customization, and
Integration with other SAP modules.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business
Requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
Stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
