A proactive demeanor with excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills is desired.Connecting you to great benefitsWeekly Paychecks.Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays.Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance).401(k) w / Company Match.Stock Purchase Plan.Education Reimbursement.Legal Insurance.Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more!What you’ll do as an IT Support AnalystResolve Help Desk issues for CableCom offices and remote employees as needed.Provide incident management for PC hardware, peripherals, and software.Utilize basic network troubleshooting procedures.Image, Configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and monitors.Understand the capabilities of new hardware platforms and systems software.Assist end users with the functional operations of company provided hardware and software.Install new or upgraded software and conduct testing on new or current software.Provide Project Management support for infrastructure and application upgrades.Perform data migration to new machines and remove from old equipment.Document and execute steps to support repetitive tasks.IT equipment inventory, Responsible for all company IT equipment life cycle.Provide remote support and on-call duties as assigned.What you’ll needTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyThe ability to install, configure, use, and support standard PC applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and any others widely used within the company.Must have good analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting.Ability to organize, prioritize and follow-up on work assignments.Ability to develop documentation for testing, training, software / hardware use, user procedures and process. Must meet required project deadlines.Positive attitude, self-starter and a drive to support our company technology.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to preserve confidentiality.Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a tightly-knit professional team environment.Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to deal with a fast-paced environment.Must be a person with a strong ability to resolve both technical and infrastructure problems.Ability to travel to CableCom facilities as needed.Associates degree or higher with 2 to 5 years of experience in Information Technology.Basic knowledge of TCP / IP networking required.Troubleshooting knowledge of domains and email issues desired.Basic knowledge of HTML and Web page components desired.Basic knowledge of Domain and DNS issues required.Basic knowledge to support Microsoft Software (IOS, Office and O365).Basic knowledge to support Google Applications.Basic troubleshooting knowledge of ISPs, networking, and IP configuration.Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.Frequent lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers, printers, network gear.
