Must meet required project deadlines.Positive attitude, self-starter and a drive to support our company technology.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to preserve confidentiality.Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a tightly-knit professional team environment.Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to deal with a fast-paced environment.Must be a person with a strong ability to resolve both technical and infrastructure problems.Ability to travel to CableCom facilities as needed.Associates degree or higher with 2 to 5 years of experience in Information Technology.Basic knowledge of TCP / IP networking required.Troubleshooting knowledge of domains and email issues desired.Basic knowledge of HTML and Web page components desired.Basic knowledge of Domain and DNS issues required.Basic knowledge to support Microsoft Software (IOS, Office and O365).Basic knowledge to support Google Applications.Basic troubleshooting knowledge of ISPs, networking, and IP configuration.Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.Frequent lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers, printers, network gear.
