The Medicare Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence of FMO activities to all regulatory and
compliance requirements. This position will report directly to the Director of Compliance and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day compliance initiatives related to Medicare, managing
marketing materials, agent training, reporting, internal audits, assistance with external audits, and complaint management.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medicare compliance
- In-depth knowledge of CMS regulations and guidance pertaining to Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans, and other Medicare products.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and insurance industries, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and manage Medicare compliance policies and procedures in alignment with CMS regulations and guidance
- Oversee the review, approval, and management of Medicare marketing materials and communications, ensuring compliance with all CMS regulations and guidance
- Develop and assist with the delivery of comprehensive Medicare compliance training to staff, agents, and other stakeholders
- Establish and maintain a robust Medicare compliance reporting framework, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required data to CMS and other regulatory bodies
- Oversee the management and timely resolution of consumer complaints, ensuring proper tracking, investigation, and corrective actions are taken as needed
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicare compliance, providing guidance and support to internal departments, including sales, marketing, customer service, and others
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Medicare Sales teams to ensure consistent and cohesive compliance efforts across the organization
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company's overall compliance program, including risk assessments, audits, and monitoring activities
- Assist in internal Compliance investigations
