QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

·       10 years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO leadership

·       Proven track record of establishing and leading a PMO

·       Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

·       Experience with global governance frameworks, IT financial management, and vendor management

·       Certification in project management such as PMP is preferred
