The Program Director plays a crucial role in leading and managing programs designed to support individuals mental and behavioral health needs. This position requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about program development and has a strong background in social work or related fields. The Program Director will oversee program operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain administrative records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to promote program visibility and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in service delivery and behavioral health.

Requirements

• Master's in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program development and management within the Mental Health sector.
• Strong supervisory skills with experience working with teams focused on individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of mental health practices and regulations governing service delivery.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficient in budgeting and administrative tasks related to program management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
