About the Role:
You will oversee MSP’s Service Desk, Field Support Engineers and make sure IT Infrastructure and End-user Support services are running smoothly. You will report to the Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure and work either from our offices in Durham, NC or remotely.
You Will:
You will manage a team of around 20 consultants, ensuring the service provided meets our standards.
Your responsibilities around Service Delivery Management include:
Your responsibilities around Service Improvement Management include:
You will work as part of a planned on-call schedule and may also be required to work outside of regular business hours on occasion.
You Have:
At least a recognized Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.
Experience managing a team.
5 years of experience in IT Service Delivery.
Experience working in a Multinational organization.
Experience working with Managed Service Providers

The Salary Range for this role is: $90k to $110k
