This position is located in Moultrie, Georgia. This position involves some work at customer sites so the applicant must reside in or be willing to relocate nearby.

Job description

• Hardware/software/networking installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair
• End user desktop support via remote access, phone, on-site
• Server implementation, administration
• Virus/malware removal
• Monitor and remedy managed system alerts
• Cloud services setup/maintenance
• Make recommendations to clients; communicate sales requests to management
• Coordination with outside vendors and contractors
• Potential supervisory functions

• Windows desktop and server OS

• Security (firewall, antivirus, antimalware)
• Office 365, cloud storage/backup, POP/IMAP, other cloud services
• Server and desktop VMs
• Local and network printer, scanner, copier configuration
• Hardware troubleshooting, repair
• Backup and recovery systems
• Imaging, cloning
• PowerShell, other scripting and automation

Skills not required but very beneficial

• Basic data cabling
• SQL server basics
• WordPress web development, basic Internet DNS, HTML, PHP, FTP
• General coding

Requirements (minimum)

• Reliable personal vehicle for travel to client sites required when company vehicle not available
• Most travel to locations within Colquitt County. Some day travel to counties in SW GA. Rare but possible overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, satisfactory driving record
• Background check, drug screen
• Character references
• Overtime as needed
• Share after hours and weekend on-call responsibilities for client emergencies
• Smartphone
• Typing: 45 wpm @ 95% accuracy
• A certification
• High school, technical school
• 1 years’ experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
