Salary Range: $25/Hr – $31/Hr.
The Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing timely and applicable technical assistance for all hardware, software and computer systems used throughout the Firm. This position is the first point of contact for any IT concerns or issues which include maintaining overall daily performance of the computer systems, setting up computer peripherals for employees and new hires, and effectively communicating with co-workers in the IT department to determine the best solution.
Preferred candidate will minimally have an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of proven IT experience, or the equivalent of education and experience. Proficiency in Windows 10 Operating System and Microsoft Office products. Other preferred technology experience: Office 365, iManage/Filesite, Adobe Acrobat, Aderant EAPro, ZoomPhone Systems, HP Printers, Ricoh Copiers, Conference room setup including televisions and projectors.
