Looking for a Bilingual Onsite Manager to work with a team of supervisors and assist in managing up to180 temporary associates at a distribution center in Stockton, CA. Must not have any scheduling restrictions. Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Schedule: 2:00pm -10pm flexible to working weekends.
Salary Range: $19.00 -$21.00 hourly
Objective:
The On-Site will assist in optimizing efforts to service clients in a high-quality, cost-effective manner through managing temporary employees.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
· Supervise customer development activities to create and maintain a strong business relationship with the clients.
· Manage payroll functions for Epic associates including timekeeping activities, payroll reports and ensures accurate timecard reporting for payment.
· Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively.
· Conduct regular meetings with the client to ensure strong communication including safety meetings.
· Check-in and provide pre-assignment orientation to all temporary employees.
· Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance, coach and counsel as needed.
· Coach and counsel temporaries to ensure quality performance including meeting productivity and quality goals and to achieve job satisfaction.
· Provide safe working environment to employees and customers through efficient training programs and safety walks.
· Complete and maintain company reports to log individual and client location sales/service activity Obtains detailed assignment information from the customer and utilize it to provide effective customer service and ensure orders are filled with quality placements.
· Customize or enhance recruiting, training, recognition, and retention programs to ensure optimum customer service.
· Conducts custom orientation program for associates which incorporates customer’s policies.
· Maintain customer and temporary employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
· Produce requested management reports for both client and management of Epic personnel.
· Follow company policies and procedures for all staffing and customer activity.
· Monitor and update database information related to employee assignments and existing openings.
· Maintain knowledge on current staffing pattern and foresee future staff requirement to facilitate timely recruitment.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
· Process and assist with Workers’ Compensation claims as directed by the Workers’ Compensation Department staff
· Complete injury report and conduct accident investigations. Complete daily and/or weekly safety audits.
Must have experience in all Warehouse Machinery for example Electric Pallet Jack / Forklifts.
