    POSITION SUMMARY:

    As Sr. IT Program Manager, you will oversee the most complex business transformation programs and projects at Nestle. We'll count on you to manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of projects, and deliver expected outcomes while adhering to the scope, budget, and timeline. The scope of projects may be clearly defined upfront or may require dynamic scoping, delivery, and change management following established program and project management methodologies. This entails leading the discovery, structuring, and business case creation with business and IT resources to gain budget approval, and subsequently to lead the project execution from the design phase all the way through development, testing, cutover, and hyper care.
    • Effectively define program governance and structure to enable stakeholder engagement and decisions making
    • Strategically integrate across multiple functions within IT, and IT partners and/or the business to effectively drive discovery through to design and execution of the program/project through to successful delivery
    • Proactively drive planning with the project or program team to create integrated project plans including key milestones for sign-offs gates with business and IT
    • Effectively articulate status, risks, and issues at all levels in the organization and tailor messages for the appropriate audiences to have maximum effectiveness--with senior leaders through to project team members and third-party service/solution providers
    • Ability to manage complex risks and issues with business and IT leaders and stakeholders.
    • Proactively anticipate issues, needs, concerns, and risks while leveraging program/project methodologies and frameworks as a tool to ensure alignment to goals and objectives of the program/project
    • Build reference materials and documentation for the program to bring clarity, facilitate in consensus building, and drive decisions and sign-offs
    • Drive and support the capability building efforts for the PMO team within the NA PM community, collaborating with the global IBS PMO team as appropriate.


    Requirements
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • 10 years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs, including agile projects and programs with both IT and business industries.
    • 5 years of experience leading projects with at least 3-5 million dollar budget.
    • 5 years of experience within end-to-end program ownership and delivery, people and project development, and diverse cultures.


    Other
    • Experience in managing complex business transformations is preferred.
    • Industry certification in PMP and/or Agile Scrum is preferred.

    The approximate pay range for this position is $184,000.00 to $213,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestle offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
