Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for a Production Supervisor to support our team. In this role you will be floating across shifts to ensure all shifts are covered during leave, absences, etc.. This is a great role for someone that is looking to gain experience in their manufacturing career.

Responsibilities

 Supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in assembly, machining, maintenance and shipping of product.

 Maintains inventory records and supplies as necessary to meet delivery schedules.

 Ensures effective employee relations by providing coaching, development, and training.

 Assists in employment decisions.

 Resolves employee issues through problem resolution.

 Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.

 Participates in employee performance review process.

 Use of SAP system to manager production goals

 Ability to work any shift and weekends

 Ability to be a Team Player and provide solutions to opportunities

 Spends 90% of time on floor

Requirements

 5-7 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing production environment.

 CNC machining experience in an automotive manufacturing environment

 Experience with SAP preferred or a MRP/ERP system

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

 High school diploma or GED

 Associates Degree Preferred
