Your Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will be integral to managing the project management platforms for the RYSE Innovation Hub. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of presentations, organizing schedules, and coordinating meetings, particularly those involving our RYSE Youth Innovation Advisor (YIA) initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee invoicing and maintain internal resource repositories. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any location within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project management platforms for the RYSE Innovation Hub
- Assist in creating presentations and scheduling meetings
- Coordinate Youth Innovation Advisor (YIA) activities
- Oversee invoicing and manage internal resource repositories
Required Skills
- Strong group facilitation and presentation skills
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and related applications (Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively with limited supervision
- Experience in monitoring project budgets
- Ability to initiate and manage projects from conception to completion
- Aptitude for balancing routine responsibilities with both short- and long-term project requirements
- Willingness to meet tight deadlines and work extended hours during peak periods
- Ability to travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance for business-related travel using personal or rental vehicles
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of experience in a relevant domain
- At least one year of experience as a Project Coordinator
- Minimum of one year overseeing hourly staff or consultants

Compensation And Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is \(61,500 to \)75,100 annually, with a typical hiring range of \(61,500 to \)68,300 at 100% FTE. Salary is commensurate with experience.
