Job Summary:
As a Project Coordinator at The Early Excellence Project, you will be integral to overseeing and advancing various projects and initiatives critical to our mission. This position involves coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to established timelines, managing communications, and providing robust administrative support to project teams. You will engage closely with cross-functional teams, volunteers, and external partners to ensure the success of projects and contribute significantly to the overarching goals of the organization. The role requires adept use of project management software such as Basecamp, Asana, or ClickUp to facilitate and coordinate project activities effectively, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met.

- Project Management Proficiency: Strong capabilities in managing multiple project timelines and deliverables using various project management tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to establish and maintain productive communication channels with all project stakeholders, including effective coordination with team members, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries.
- Administrative Expertise: Competence in providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, maintaining accurate project records, and handling procurement activities.
- Reporting and Communication: Skills in preparing detailed progress reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders to keep all parties informed and engaged.
- Quality and Risk Management: Commitment to upholding quality standards and identifying potential risks with strategies to mitigate their impact to maintain project integrity.

Additional responsibilities include resource management, quality assurance, and risk management, underscoring the need for a well-rounded and proactive approach to project coordination. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility.
