The technology Lead will partner with function leaders, process owners, to provide an end-to-end view of their processes, analyze impacts and data, and contribute to the optimization of the organization through continuous improvement and process re-engineering. Actively contributes to the cultural shift providing proactive alignment to tactical and strategic goals, process integration and horizontal support.
The candidate will engage with functional partners regularly to analyze, implement changes, and update process models by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques, managing the continuous design or redesign of processes and supporting enterprise priorities as it relates to horizontal integration of processes and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process transformation and re-engineering and will develop close working relationships with operations teams and process owners, building trust and confidence at all levels.
The candidate should have the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization, with excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and a process improvement mindset. The right candidate will be accountable for the development of process models and the improvement and management of processes within or across business functions as it relates to our efforts with a focus on long-term strategic goals, process integration and supporting the identification of horizontal opportunities.
