IT Quality Assurance Process Consultant develops quality assurance, compliance, and implementation plans for individual IT functions that support the organization's overall service and software quality standards. Advises function leaders on best practices for the deployment of QA methodologies and processes. Being an IT Quality Assurance Process Consultant designs and incorporates plans for each function that drive quality service and product deliverables. Establishes a performance monitoring program and designs metrics that can be used to identify quality issues, analyze problems, and develop quality improvement initiatives. As a Quality and Process Technician III at Markem-Imaje, you will be working as part of the manufacturing quality team to perform quality tests for chemical production, drive resolution of quality issues experienced on the production floor as well as at the customer site and participate in continuous improvement of products and processes. You'll have an opportunity to contribute to an organization committed to and focused on improving product and process quality through continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma and other problem-solving techniques
Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain electronic testing equipment, Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter, etc..
* Perform incoming circuit board testing and evaluation.
* Troubleshoot production and test fixtures.
* Ensure manufacturing equipment and tools requiring calibration are up to date and document according to procedure.
* Maintain quality data, keep up to date and prepare corresponding reports as required
* Updates MIs and works with PE on approval
* Takes ownership for product and process non-conformances. Works with the appropriate support groups on root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
* Review and verify certification documentation, inspect and test parts for compliance to standards as required
* One of the main contacts for Process Engineering for new product hand over.
* Support day to day activity in manufacturing cell to ensure continuous and quality compliant material flows of electro-mechanical materials.
* May oversee the generation, collection, movement, storage of hazardous waste or the preparation of documents related to hazardous waste management.
* Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition. Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.
Job Requirements:
* Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
* 5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility with electronics troubleshooting
* Team player, detail orientated
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Salary Range : $27.00 - $32.00
