IT Quality Assurance Process Consultant develops quality assurance, compliance, and implementation plans for individual IT functions that support the organization's overall service and software quality standards. Advises function leaders on best practices for the deployment of QA methodologies and processes. Being an IT Quality Assurance Process Consultant designs and incorporates plans for each function that drive quality service and product deliverables. Establishes a performance monitoring program and designs metrics that can be used to identify quality issues, analyze problems, and develop quality improvement initiatives. As a Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) Solutions Consultant, the developer is responsible for application development and database support. This position will provide technical support of database environments including software installation, database creation, upgrades, patches, problem diagnosis, performance monitoring, maintenance, process automation, evaluation, and tuning recommendations. They will also contribute to application development in all aspects of database integration including the deployment of requested database code and configuration changes, as well as reviewing SQL statements and guiding developers on best practices around how to interact with the database. This role involves working with various cross-functional teams to develop improving process performance, reliability, and safety.
The Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) Solutions Consultant is responsible for working with clients and vendors to implement project tasks with the established scope of work in alignment with project goals and objectives under the supervision of project leads or managers. This role requires industrial specific technical knowledge and programming best practices.

Responsibilities:
Provide project-related engineering services including MES development, web development, process historian configuration, network configuration, SQL configuration and general IT support.
Provide technical sales support for Company sales team members, including client visits, job walk-downs, and proposal development/review.
Function as frontline communication and point-of-contact for clients.
Perform duties as a technical lead which includes working with and providing guidance for younger, less experienced engineers as needed to satisfy project requirements.
Travel up to 25% as required to support project and client objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have 5 years of hands-on experience with the Ignition platform and extensive database experience.
5 years of experience with SQL Server technologies (SQL Server clustering, LogShipping, SSRS, etc.)
Working understanding of programming languages (Python, JavaScript…)
Preferred knowledge of Azure configuration and deployments
Must have project management and leadership experience.
Must have strong communication skills
