- Collaborate with billing, coding, and clinical personnel to gather essential information for appeals, resolving denial issues with efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive records of denial cases, including filed appeals and communications with insurance representatives.
- Monitor and track the status of appealed claims, proactively following up with insurance representatives to expedite resolution processes.
- Generate and analyze reports on denial trends, identify underlying issues, and recommend improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
