Job Description:
Iowa Specialty Hospital is seeking a dedicated IT Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will provide Level 1 technical support for software, hardware, and network issues in a call center environment.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, assisting with device setup, conducting hardware/software inventory, and collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure seamless operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
