SUMMARY:

• Assist in planning, installation, and implementation of EHR development and upgrade projects along with Desktop/Helpdesk support.

DUTIES:

• Assisting with the training of all employees on data capture to satisfy grant requirements of the CCBHC care delivery model.
• Shares in System Administration for the EHR System.
• Participates in EHR design and build sessions, tests the application, and documents the findings.
• Maintains the EHR issues database/helpdesk.
• Assist in conducting user workflow analysis to determine possible improvements in the use of existing software systems or the possible additions/changes to the systems.
• Develops and delivers training documentation and instruction for end users.
• Assist in the development of forms and applications needed for the EHR.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mission-critical system's functionality and utilization improvement.
• Performs special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 2 years experience preferred
