Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with internal client-partners to analyze information needs and functional requirements and help deliver solutions within Dynamics 365 CE

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of CRM software to include technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and system upgrades

• Extend capability of CRM through creation of new entities, forms, workflows, and reports

• Perform CRM application testing of configurations and customizations

• Assist with the evaluation of new technologies to integrate into CRM

• Assist in designing business processes and integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and other applications

• 3 years of Dynamics 365 Marketing experience, ideally in a professional services industry

• Build Journeys, Campaigns, Templates

• Ability to customize and configure entities, workflows, business process, web services, security, and other features of Dynamics CE

• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform: Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse

Basic Qualification : Dynamics 365 Marketing module Reporting of the campaigns on the backend – what’s getting clicked through and read and will all be within dynamics and need to get that set up within dynamics Building out the content blocks, various pieces and building out a journey in dynamics, data knowledge and how they build out
