RSG is now accepting resumes for an anticipated upcoming award supporting a Federal customer. If awarded, we are anticipating a February 25, 2024 start date and the position is hybrid within the Washington, D.C. area. Top Secret Clearance required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SFFAS54 Implementation, Financial Policy and Guidance Support, Audit Remediation Support, and Strategic Operations Support.

Candidates should have at least six (6) years of related management consulting experience. Examples may include: conducting studies, analyzing findings and making recommendations on substantive operating programs that required applying a knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques along with a knowledge of the mission, organization, and work processes of the programs and the relationships of administrative support activities; performing a wide variety of analytical studies and projects related to management improvement, productivity improvement, management controls, and long-range planning including developing guidance on techniques for management and methods improvement, analyzing and advising on proposed reorganizations or realignment of functions, and developing manuals and directives covering varying aspects of operations.

• Developing an overall customer-focused strategic plan that focuses on both short & long-term strategic opportunities.

• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with SES-level customers.
• Collaborating with a team to develop solutions to solve organizational challenges for the Government.

• Developing work products for the Government that clearly synthesizes information into recommendations for Government improvements.

• Presenting work products and information to the Government in meetings and facilitating discussions on those items.

• Leading junior staff members, providing quality assurance, coaching, and mentorship.
• Developing business process improvements to existing programs.
• Creating and rolling out change management strategies to the Government.
• Participating in planning and execution of tasks related to SharePoint based initiatives (migrations, upgrades, third-party solutions, integration with additional enterprise systems, and/or hosted platforms).

• Troubleshooting site problems, site permission issues, creation of new sites and site collections, and provide guidance on content type creation and governance with the Government.

• Top Secret Clearance Required
• Bachelor’s degree and / or 4-8 years or more of experience in their specific area of expertise. Candidate shall be recognized as an expert in their specific field(s).

• Candidate shall have at least six (6) years of related management consulting experience.
• Solid experience, including but not limited to strategy, business development, project management or a similar field.

• Strong qualitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and Outlook, SharePoint and Skype applications. 
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with senior Government personnel.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis.
• Ability to develop point papers, briefing materials and to make oral presentation of these materials to all levels of management.

• Ability to educate and inform senior management on various alternatives.
• Ability to provide clear leadership, technical direction, and guidance to all level of the OCFO and OFM leadership.

• Ability to review, synthesize and prepare highly technical, sensitive, and complex documents, briefing materials, management directives and correspondences.
