This position will assist with the design, testing, installation, and implementation of hardware and software applications of the Agency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from taking on large complex projects to assisting others with utilizing IT to streamline projects and processes.
As the IT Analyst you will:
- Analyze and monitor agency IT systems and recommend and implement design enhancements.
- Oversee hardware and server maintenance.
- Actively participate in the development and maintenance of all Agency Menu Driven programs.
- Develop knowledge of mortgage accounting policies and procedures to ensure system compliance.
- Write and maintain system documentation.
- Ensure agency applications continue to meet business needs and remain in compliance with federal, state and investor reporting requirements.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software applications ensuring end user needs are met.
- Actively listen and understand the root cause of business issues and needs.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a computer science related field. Additional applicable experience can be substituted for two years of the education requirement.
- Preference will be given to applicants with work experience using programing languages including C#.
- The successful candidate must also successfully complete the interview process including reference and background checks.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
