Solve IT Strategies is looking for a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst. This role is located at Rockland, MA. Onsite

The Main Responsibilities of a person are :

• Prepare annual reviews, loan modifications, and track financial information.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Mentor junior analysts.
• Analyze financial statements, management profiles, business / product cycles, and historical operating performance.
• Complete credit underwriting for mid-size to large commercial loan requests.
• Prepare and review in-depth written analyses for relationships of various size and complexity.
• Perform analysis and research for the annual review of all borrower relationships.
• Make comments / recommendations on loan terms and structures to minimize credit risks.
• Work with junior analysts to enhance credit analysis skills.
• Respond to inquiries, questions, problems, and other credit issues.
• Perform in-depth appraisal reviews to ensure compliance with appraisal regulations and the Bank's internal policy.
• Represent the Bank in the community and at business and professional association functions.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of appraisal and environmental regulations / requirements.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Ability to deal with and show discretion in confidential matters.
