Role: IVR Analyst/Testing

Location: San Antonio-TX

Job Description: Fulltime Role with TCS

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain Automated test scripts for the IVR system.
• Verify and validate performance and reliability of the IVR system.
• Execute and analyze test results to identify and report system defects.
• Troubleshoot and debug system issues.
• Liaise with development teams to ensure that defects are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports to track progress.
• Work with other teams to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on automated testing procedures.
• Ensure customer experience is error-free by implementing best practices.
• Develop and document testing plans and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,448.47 - $54,733.64 per year
