TDS IT is a growing Arkansas-based Office Technology Provider, established in 1996. We are looking to add to our Team a full-time Service Technician with experience in Copier and Printer repair, or a high technical aptitude.

Location:

The Technician would be dispatched to service calls within the NW Arkansas area.

Duties will include:

-On-site maintenance, repairs, and installation on copier/printer equipment

-Troubleshooting mechanical issues on equipment
-Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
-Successful completion of training courses
-Follows company call handling procedures
-Light I.T. troubleshooting and assistance

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8-5 with 1 hour lunch break.

Qualities and Skills we are looking for:

-Industry experience or demonstration of technical aptitude

-Can work under pressure, organized, and demonstrates time management skills

-Customer Service & People skills

-Resourcefulness and problem solving skills

-High school diploma or GED

-Driver's License with good driving record and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
