Overview
We are seeking an Entry Level IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an educational background in computer networking and desktop support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our users.

Duties
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage and maintain network administration tasks, ensuring optimal performance of LAN and WAN environments.
- Assist with the configuration and management of networking equipment.
- Support Active Directory for user account management, including implementation.
- Respond to work order tickets promptly, diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct regular maintenance on systems to ensure reliability and security.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Document all technical processes and updates for future reference.

Skills
- Proficiency in computer networking principles and practices.
- Experience with desktop support in both Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Familiarity with network administration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on accurancy and time management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
