Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphics Coordinator to join our team. We hope to find someone from the Michigan-Lansing-Grand Raids-Battle Creek areas. As a Graphics Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for various advertisers that join our data list. Help build basic community page for many communites. We use mostly Publisher and much is template stuff. fun and easy. & marketing materials. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to our brand's visual identity.

Duties:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives

- Design and create graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, and advertisements

- Use MS Publisher (our preference ) , Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software to develop high-quality visuals

- Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity

- Assist with video editing and production design for multimedia projects

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Skills:

- Proficient in MS Publisher, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design software

- Strong understanding of color theory and visual design principles

- Knowledge of CSS and HTML is a plus

- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe After Effects is preferred

- Familiarity with market trends in graphic design and ability to incorporate them into projects

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines

- Experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools is a plus
