SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced On-Site Supervisor to oversee our custodial staff and operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing facilities greater than 300,000 net cleaning sq. ft. as well as experience managing a team of 20-40 custodial staff members. The On-Site Supervisor should be trained and certified in the operation of all custodial equipment in use under the SOW and should possess the necessary certifications to maintain a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the custodial staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Supervise the custodial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure that all custodial staff follow proper cleaning procedures and use appropriate cleaning materials and equipment.

• Inspect work areas to ensure that they meet established cleanliness standards.

• Ensure that all custodial staff follow OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

• Maintain LEED and CEH certification standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with REA certification standards.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of cleaning experience in janitorial or custodial services and 3 years supervisory experience

• Experience managing a team of 20-40 custodial staff members.

• Trained and certified in the operation of all custodial equipment in use under the SOW.

SKILLS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,247.00 - $72,059.00 per year
