- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and functionality of applications.
- Implement software solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise during deployment.
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the evolution of the platform’s design and architecture to support continued growth and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the platform.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles.
Qualifications- 3 years of experience as a Java Developer, with a strong background in developing J2EE applications.
- Experience with one or more enterprise software solutions in the case management domain.
- Proficiency in Java and J2EE application frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
- Experience with design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
