Jig and Fixture Builder assembles a variety of standard and non-standard major jigs, fixtures and related tooling. Ensures jigs function appropriately with complex angles or contours. Being a Jig and Fixture Builder is responsible for determining methods and sequence of operations and scheduling work to be performed from tool design drawings. Designs and creates jig and fixture details and holding devices. Additionally, Jig and Fixture Builder may be required to verify accuracy and quality in accordance with established control procedures. Requires a high school diploma in a related area with certification in the field. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Jig and Fixture Builder works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Our company has been around since the early 2000s serving residential customers with their glazing needs and has grown to become a credible commercial contractor working alongside some of the largest general contractors in the Twin Cities.
We are currently looking to hire qualified glaziers that possess the following skills:
- Installation of commercial glass and glazing systems, residential replacement, shower doors, mirrors and fabrication of aluminum storefront.
- Ability to read blueprints, problem solve and execute the project on schedule.
- Strong communication skills.
- Driver's License and a Clean Driving Record.
- Local travel within 100 miles of the shop is a requirement of this position.
- Out of state travel is not a requirement of this position, but travel opportunities are available if desired.
The pay range is $25.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer health insurance, a Simple IRA retirement plan, and paid time off.

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
