Coaches and prepares candidate for interview and entry into the workforce. Additionally, Job Developer may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Job Developer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. What you’ll need to succeed as a Freight Classification Specialist Lead at XPO
Minimum Qualifications- 4 years of work or military experience
- Able to explain and document classification corrections for all involved parties
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Able to effectively navigate the internet using specific keywords for research
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of NMFC provisions, including rules and packaging
- Weights and inspections experience
- Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry knowledge and experience

- Review inspection reports to identify potential issues
- Conduct inspections of shipments on the dock utilizing handheld devices
- Review BOL and billing descriptions to verify accuracy
- Gather information related to the shipment, including dimensions, pictures, and commodity characteristics
- Research commodity information using the National Motor Freight Classification (NMFC) for applicable description and class
- Issue document corrections based on the applicable provisions from the NMFC
- Upload documents/pictures into the image system for review
- Maintain the reports necessary to measure corrections activity and revenue recovery
- Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 75 lbs.
- Stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel #PIQ

Ipava is a village in Fulton County, Illinois, United States. The population was 470 at the 2010 census.
Ipava is located in southern Fulton County at 40°21′8″N 90°19′24″W / 40.35222°N 90.32333°W / 40.35222; -90.32333 (40.352123, -90.323343). U.S. Route 136 passes through the village, leading east 17 miles (27 km) to Havana on the Illinois River and west 6 miles (10 km) to Table Grove.
