Job Developer supports social services clients in job searching and placement. Establishes and maintains working relationships with employers, industry organizations, and public agencies to source job openings and secure employment and vocational training opportunities for clients. Being a Job Developer evaluates individual's background, skills, and interest and matches to potential job openings or training programs. Coaches and prepares candidate for interview and entry into the workforce. Additionally, Job Developer may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Job Developer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' relevant experience will be considered.
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years experience in healthcare IT, preferably in a health insurance setting.
Fluency with the x12 file format and a thorough understanding development experience using TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x
Familiarity with JSON, XML and development of REST based Webservices
Preferrable development experience using EDI Plugin ( Instream , Translator)
Preferable administration experience using TIBCO TEA , TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Hawk.
LICENSING/CERTIFICATION
Any certification specializing in Tibco Business Works preferred.
