Job Developers at Looking Upwards support people with disabilities in job searching and placement. They establish and maintain working relationships with local community employers, industry organizations, and public agencies to source job openings and secure employment and vocational training opportunities for the people we suport.

Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements:

• Be at least 19 years of age.
• Minimum high school diploma plus 3 years related experience OR Bachelor's (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Access to and provision of an insured and inspected automobile on an ongoing basis.
• Ability to complete CPR, First Aid, CPI and other required trainings as necessary.
