We are seeking a Parts Counter Person to join our team in Jamestown, ND. ASAP.
Parts Counter Person. Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special-order parts
- selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories
- Performs in-store customer service
- Overall organizational promotion and stocking duties, track inventory and replenish as needed
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Parts Counter Person Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Review estimates to ensure correct parts are ordered
- Knowledge of Farm/Agriculture parts required
- Strong customer relation experience
- Deadline and detail-oriented
