Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials
- Assist with excavation and grading work
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
