As a Reporting Analyst, you’ll enable access to business data for users throughout the company. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and documenting reports and dashboards used in business analysis and decision-making. You’ll support data integrations between ERP and outside sources.
In this position you will be exposed to multiple disciplines including financial planning, pricing, manufacturing, procurement, planning and logistics as you exchange business insights with your colleagues from those areas. Candidates will demonstrate a strong desire to learn about both the business and the tools available for reporting and working with data.
What you will do:
• Become acquainted with business operations.
• Support pricing decisions with timely freight and cost information.
• Create and maintain queries, reports and dashboards as assigned from requests in our reporting queue.
• Create standardized reporting documentation for new and existing reports and data sources.
• Employ standardized version-control methods.
• Educate your colleagues about the tools available to them.
• Migrate legacy reports to current standards.
• Develop and include testing methods to validate changes.
• Facilitate data transfers between outside sales planning, maintenance planning and production-tracking databases.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance
• 2 years of experience reporting and analyzing data
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation
• Base salary range will be between $60,000 and $85,000 and is exempt in status.
• In addition to your base wage, you will participate in an annual bonus program, with a 10% target of base salary; prorated from date of hire.

Work Environment:
This position is conducted in office and remotely (Eugene, Oregon) with frequent use of a computer and related hardware. A person must be able to stand and/or sit; see, hear and talk; use hands to finger, handle or feel tools or controls; use hands and arms to reach. Occasionally lifting/moving up to 30lbs is also required.
