Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to contribute to our collaborative design process and assist in the development of architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent technical skills, and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the development of architectural plans, drawings, and models.

· Conduct research and gather information to support design decisions.

· Participate in client meetings and presentations.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

· Assist in project documentation and administration.

· Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to design challenges.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Strong design and visualization skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

· Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.

· Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development.

Pay: $55,123.77 - $66,385.62 per year
