Currently needing to fill multiple positions in our Junior Executive Role.

This position is performed entirely from our office at our Arizona location. We provide you with all the software and training necessary to succeed in this role, in a healthy environment designed to achieve positive results from both you and the team.

THIS IS NOT A DOOR TO DOOR SALES OPPORTUNITY.

We spend several hundred thousand dollars a month on our own marketing ads to provide the best exclusive leads to our sales executive teams. WE DO NOT BUY AGED DATA AND WE DO NOT COLD CALL!

We only interact with Live, Exclusive, Opt In Leads who reach out to us for more information regarding solar power. Leads are delivered to our Junior Executives who then engage with these opportunities to qualify and create product demonstrations for Senior Executives who will engage in new product deployment.

Training

Our onboarding program is designed to teach any qualified individual the sales process as well as all product knowledge necessary to be successful in the solar industry. Training will be performed in both a classroom setting as well as hands on. Our team members are a fun and energetic group who are more than happy to help everybody on the team learn and grow together.

REQUIRED SKILLS & LICENSES:

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and organized
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with excellent communication skills
• Must be comfortable with high frequency of email and sms communication
• Punctual, dependable, and professional
• Ability to function independently and in a team atmosphere
• Strong people and problem solving skills
• Must be computer savvy: Google Suite, Basic CRM Capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
