Summary:
The Project Assistant is to assist in the execution and finalization of projects in accordance with strict deadlines. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations and in accordance with the Construction Coordinator and Project Managers, the Project Assistant will assist in daily responsibilities listed below or other duties as needed. The Project Assistant must coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors and/or consultants to simultaneously deliver administrative tasks in a timely manner.
