Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including meal preparation, food handling, and cooking as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service.
- Participate in the maintenance of kitchen equipment and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in all aspects of food preparation and service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Ability to prepare and cook a variety of dishes using a knife and other kitchen tools.
- Familiarity with food service
- Knowledge of dietary aide principles and food handling regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and quality.
