Kitchen Supervisor - Casino jobs in Sarasota, FL

Manatee River Kitchen and Bath is a growing cabinet company headquartered in Parrish, Fl. however, we do business in surrounding areas. We are a family-owned business, and treat our employees as such, that is the standard. We are continuing to expand, which leads us to our current need for more Field supervisors. This is a detail-oriented position, which will require planning and follow-up. To be successful with us, organization and communication are key, we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage home cabinet installations from start to finish

- Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications and on time

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards

- Utilize construction management software (Supply Pro) to track project status and other software applications to communicate with team members

Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision or related field - Strong knowledge of cabinetry and/or project management

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols, we do work in upcoming subdivisions with different stages of construction

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
