Responsibilities:

- Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with medical billing and coding processes.

- Manage office correspondence and ensure documents are filed correctly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a medical setting.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record management.
- Strong clerical skills including typing, proofreading, and office management.
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document creation and collaboration.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with patients and staff.
