As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Finance and HR Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

We are looking for a meticulous and organized individual to take on a crucial role in our finance and human resources departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, generating financial reports, and managing light human resource tasks.

Hours of operation is 7:00am to 3:30 pm. Hybrid work is available after the training period is complete.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies.
• Handle customer invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.

Financial Reporting:

• Generate regular financial reports for management review.
• Provide insights into financial trends and variances.

Human Resource Tasks:

• Maintaining employee records and files.
• Oversee recruitment & onboarding process as needed.
• Handle basic HR inquiries and tasks.

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

• Experience with bookkeeping and finance roles.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of human resource functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Ability to think on your feet and problem solve.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Self-motivated
• Excitement & willingness to help other.
