Laboratory Coordinator jobs in Fargo, ND

Description, Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with processing of flour milling, baking, extrusion, pasta processing and other food production activities. Assist with sample preparation, organization and clean-up. General laboratory/pilot plant analysis and equipment/facility maintenance. Data entry and various duties as assigned.

Requirements & Competencies: Preferred - Food Science, Plant Science, Ag Biosystems and Engineering, Biology or Ag-related major. Attention to detail, self-motivated, dependable, aware of safety procedures in laboratory setting and able to lift 50lbs.

Work Location: NCI - Fargo, ND

Hours & Schedule: Up to 20 hours/week during school year and up to 40 hours/week during summer months
