Being a Laboratory Courier is responsible for maintenance and care of vehicle. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Laboratory Courier must be licensed to operate a vehicle. Licensing requirements depend on the state. Must have a "satisfactory" driving record. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Laboratory Courier may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. The Position:
This is a 1099 contractor position requiring that you use your own vehicle. All gas and maintenance of the vehicle used is the responsibility of the owner.
The courier will be transporting medical specimens and supplies to and from medical facilities in and around various parts of Indiana. Candidates must be available to run between 10:30am-3:30pm.
All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record checks, as well as, a five-panel drug screen.
