Graphic Designer/Marketing (GDM)

Orange County, CA administrative office is East of 55 freeway off Dyer Road.

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000/year

Candidate Qualifications:

• BA degree or equivalent experience of 3 years
• Experience must include RealPage feed, G-5, and KNOCK.
• Knowledge of multi-family CRMs, website platforms, SEO, and SEM.
• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication, organizational skills, use of English language

Job responsibilities:

• Report to Vice President of Real Estate (VPRE)/COO
• Seek input from on-site apartment personnel
• Manage advertising, ILS'
• Oversee the operation of multi-family CRM
• Analytical reviews with VPRE
• Produce annual marketing budget

Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
