    Full Job Description

    Good Intentions Counseling Services Administrator position include human resources, client communication, office organization and team support. Administrator role support programs and processes designed to improve employee and client experience. This position is a part time position with potential of full-time status.

    · Work from home.

    · Company provided phone and laptop.

    · Flexible work hours.

    · 20 to 30 hours a week depending on business needs. Potential Full-Time 38 hours

    Primary Duties

    Human Resources

    · Scheduling and coordinating interviews with Candidates identified by Good Intentions leadership team.

    · Maintain job postings on all platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, website).

    · New hire onboarding, including offer letters, background/reference checks, all state, federal, and company required documents.

    · Ensure required trainings are complete for all new and existing employees.

    · Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.

    · Order and create badges, business cards, and etc.

    · Support employees w/ general questions.

    · Update employee documents to ensure they meet company and WAC standards.

    · Process bi-weekly payroll & reimbursements.

    · PTO requests.

    · Attend employee reviews and improvement meetings, document conversations.

    · Maintain & support employees benefit qualifications.

    · Humanity maintenance (scheduling platform).

    Client Communication

    · Support communication with client’s case managers and stakeholders.

    · Ensure client documents our accurate, meet company and WAC requirements.

    · Document submission and collection to and from case managers and stakeholders.

    · Maintain client wait list.

    · Enter new clients into humanity (scheduling platform).

    Office Organization and Team Support

    · Create and resource documents requested by leadership team.

    · Organize team meeting agendas.

    · Supports activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.

    · Assists staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required and associated deadlines.

    · Provide support and oversight when COO is unavailable.

    Qualifications

    Education and Accreditation

    • *Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or a related field preferred.
    • One year of human resources and/or business relations experience.
    • One year of mental health profession experience

    Preferred Skills and Knowledge

    The qualified candidate must:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
    • Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    Work Environment

    This is a work from home position and Good Intentions Counseling Services will provide a company MacBook and Phone.

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

    Compensation and Benefits

    · Hourly pay Ranges $25 to $30 per hour

    · Comprehensive Benefit Package for full-time employees working 40 hours per week

    o Medical Benefits (covered up to 50% by Good Intentions Counseling Services)

    o Accruable Paid Vacation and Sick Days
