    Job Description

    AECOM is seeking a talented and highly motivated Administrator to support our Energy team's large utility programs in Southern California.

    The successful candidate should be a dynamic, self-directed individual. The candidate will need strong technical, organizational and communication skills to ensure projects meet communications objectives.

    Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

    • On-boarding activities

    • New hire coordination with Hiring Managers, Resource Managers and Internal PM

    • Manage new hire existing AECOM and SDG&E onboarding (network badge)

    • Maintain Onboarding logistics documents as directed by the Resource Manager

    • Develop, implement, and train on the SUG Onboarding Plan with the Resource Manager; update periodically

    • Administer and track Subcontractor onboarding (network badge)

    • In-person/CPE site arrival onboarding and coordination support

    • Maintain SUG onboarding tracking; communicate progress to team/client, as directed by Resource Manager

    • SUG Project Systems onboarding and troubleshooting support

    • Participate and support Resource Manager in prep for weekly/monthly onboarding status meetings

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High School diploma and 4 years of relevant experience

    • Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel experience

    • As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a drug screening.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • BS/BA degree

    Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $21.37/hour - $37.39/hour.
