Looking for a Manager/Integrator to work directly with the Dr./Owner to help manage and grow our organization. We are a multi-chiropractor office and growing. We are growing our team, our patient base and possibly our locations.
This role includes:
Collaborating with the Dr./Owner and helps filter or implement the Owners new ideas
Leading, managing, and holding team members accountable
Carrying out the business plan to achieve P&L objectives
Integrating all major functions of the business
Ensuring that everyone is carrying out our core processes and operating systems
Ensuring proper communication throughout the organization
