Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Munster, IN to lead and develop our recruiting strategy and enhance our processes and technology. This is a new role for us. Together with our HR team, you will look for the best solutions to attract and retain new colleagues who will help us shape the future of Land O’ Frost. This job is on site hybrid 4 days and located in Munster, IN which is a south suburb of Chicago and about 30 miles from downtown Chicago. Travel is occasional as needed and no more than 15%.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with our hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify, attract, and retain the best talent.
- Optimize our internal recruitment process in line with the strategic direction of the company.
- Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including profile analysis, applicant management, and advising hiring managers.
- Identify new recruiting channels and trends.
- Source, screen and help in the selection of a robust diverse candidate slate so hiring managers can choose the best candidate.
- Conduct detailed analysis of requirement profiles and suitable pre-selection, design attractive job advertisements, and select suitable job boards.
- Participate in trade fairs and recruiting events.
- Maintain close cooperation with external partners such as job portals, agencies, and headhunters.
- Develop talent pipelines.
- Manage relationships with preferred college campuses and lead the campus hiring for interns, management trainees and full-time roles.
- Lead the design, selection and implementation of Recruiting software to improve the candidate experience and the hiring process with automation.
- Lead our employer brand in the marketplace so we are recognized as an employer of choice.
- Train our hiring managers on candidate selection and hiring processes including interviewing skills and inclusive behaviors.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed business studies with a college degree or comparable training and experience, ideally with a focus on human resources.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in recruiting.
- Self-starter and self-motivated always looking for process improvement opportunities
- Strong application knowledge in interviewing and selection tools.
- Understanding of the market-related challenges in attracting new talent in the automation and digitalization environment.
- Good feel for the candidate market and current trends in recruiting.
- Solid understanding of inclusive behaviors to support an inclusive culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
